- Explore, clean and prepare structured and unstructured data for real-world use.
- Build predictive and statistical models that uncover what the data’s really saying.

- Design and validate AI/ML and Generative AI use-cases, from model fine-tuning to deployment.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure pipelines are scalable and production-ready.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Experience with machine learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).
- Exposure to Generative AI concepts and fine-tuning of LLMs is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and version control (Git).
- Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
Additional Skills:
- Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams with engineers, designers and business leaders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Curiosity to explore, willingness to learn and openness to experiment
- Good communication skills to explain data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
